Cancellation policy

Once a registration fee or contribution for a community walk or run has been paid, the sign-up cannot be cancelled by the participant — including for a change of plans, non-participation on the day, or inability to attend for personal reasons. Please check your details carefully before paying.

Refund policy — fees and contributions are non-refundable

As accepted at the time of sign-up, registration fees and contributions (charged in Indian Rupees, INR) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

When we DO refund

• Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same sign-up, the extra charge is refunded in full.
• Failed sign-up — if money was debited but no reference ID was issued and the payment isn't auto-reversed by your bank, we refund it after verification.
• Excess charge — any amount collected above the amount shown is refunded.

Refund timeline: eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking / wallet) within 5–7 working days of verification; your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it. To request a refund, write to info@ameyabharat.com with your reference ID (or payment reference) and the transaction date.

Changes to an activity

If an activity is postponed or its venue is changed for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, regulatory directions), sign-ups remain valid for the new date or venue and fees or contributions are not refunded. Updates are shared on this website and by email.
