Shipping and Delivery Policy

Ameya Bharat · a volunteer-led community fitness initiative

Nothing is shipped

Ameya Bharat does not sell or ship physical goods, and nothing is sent to your address. Where a community walk or run includes items for participants (such as a bib or T-shirt), they are handed over in person at the activity venue, at the date and time shared with you by email before the activity.

Delivery timeline

Confirmation & payment receipt (reference ID): delivered digitally, immediately after successful payment — on the confirmation screen and by email.
Participant items, where included: handed over in person at the venue before or on the day of the activity.
No courier or postal shipping is involved at any stage, so no shipping charges apply.

T-shirt sizes & exchanges

Where a T-shirt is included, it is provided in the size selected at sign-up.
Size exchanges may be requested at the venue and are subject to availability; they cannot be guaranteed.
